By accessing or using Invobi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invobi is an AI-powered invoice generation service. You provide your own API key from supported AI providers (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) to generate professional invoices from natural language descriptions.

3. Data Storage & Your Control

For paid accounts, we store your generated invoices to provide you with invoice management features. You retain full control over your data:

  • You can delete individual invoices at any time.
  • You can delete all your invoice data from your account settings.
  • You can request complete account deletion, which removes all associated data.

For free users without an account, invoices are generated in real-time and are not stored on our servers.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AI provider API keys.
  • You must provide accurate information when generating invoices.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate fraudulent invoices.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service requires you to provide your own API key from supported AI providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or any issues arising from third-party AI services.

6. Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage for all users, the Service may impose reasonable limits on invoice generation. Current limits are displayed on the homepage and may be adjusted at any time.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated invoices will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invobi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
